Delivery Charges

Free Postage on all items!This applies to standard deliveries to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.

Standard Delivery

For standard deliveries, we aim to process your order and to dispatch the goods no later than the working day following receipt of your order and for you to take receipt of your goods usually within 3-5 working days and in any case no more than 21 days, subject to payment method and stock availability.

Goods will be delivered to Buyer by FedEx courier. Transportation insurance covers loss and damage of goods while in transit.

Delivery times are usually between 08:30 and 17:30 Monday to Friday.

Note: All goods require a signature upon delivery and thus cannot be delivered without a signature.

Urgent Deliveries (Express Next Working Day)

This service is ONLY available if you select 'Express Delivery' during the checkout stage and agree to pay the surcharge.

Subject to stock availability, urgent orders (received before 12 noon) we endeavour to dispatch the same working day. Urgent orders received after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

Deliveries will usually be made between 08:30 and 17:30 on the working day following dispatch NOT including weekends or holidays.

Urgent Orders can only be guaranteed within the EU mainland.

Place of Final Delivery

ALL first-time orders MUST be delivered to your registered cardholder address. (This is the address that your card company has on its electronic records and is usually that found on your statement.) This is for security reasons and to help combat card fraud.

Subsequent online orders can be delivered to an alternative final delivery address (place of work, subsidiary, lab, customer etc) subject to the successful delivery of the first order.

Country Restrictions

In our Online Shop we accept orders for final delivery to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.

Important Note

All orders processed through the Online Shop will be performed under the “Incoterm 2010 FCA seller's premises” as specified in the Terms and Conditions.

In order to facilitate Buyer’s orders, Seller will contract for carriage and transport insurance. However, all risks of loss of or damage pass to Buyer when the goods are delivered to carrier at Seller’s premises in accordance with the Incoterm selected. Details are specified in the Terms and Conditions.

Consequently, the Seller can not take any responsibility for topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Any delivery dates shown are approximate only and Seller shall have no liability for any delays in delivery. Liability claims regarding damage caused by the use of any information provided here, including any kind of information which is incomplete or incorrect will therefore be rejected.

When the term “delivery” is used here it is sometimes used in the meaning of “final delivery to the Buyer” and not in the meaning of “delivery” according to the Incoterm selected.
